攀西地区某低品位钒钛磁铁矿干式磁选预选抛尾工艺试验研究

攀西地区某低品位钒钛磁铁矿TFe、mFe、TiO2品位分别为13.98%、4.99%、6.09%,对矿石进行工艺矿物学分析的基础上进行了常规破碎—干式磁选预选抛尾工艺试验研究.结果表明,在给矿粒度-10 mm,弱磁选皮带线速度2.5 m/s、分隔板距离440 mm,强磁选皮带线速度2.38 m/s、分隔板距离440 mm条件下,获得的预选精矿产率为77.57%,TFe、mFe、TiO2品位分别为15.58%、6.34%、7.10%,TFe、mFe、TiO2回收率分别为86.46%、98.61%、90.46%.研究结果可以为后续磁选预选抛尾提高入磨矿石品位,降低后续磨选系统矿石处理量提供技术依据.
Experimental Study on Dry Magnetic Separation Pre-separation Process of a Low Grade Vanadium Titanium Magnetite in Western Panzhihua
The grade of TFe,mFe and TiO2 of a low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite in Western Panzhihua area is 13.98%,4.99%and 6.09%,respectively.The conventional crushing-dry magnetic sepa-ration pre-separation tailings disposal process experiments are conducted based on the properties of the ore.The results show that under the conditions of feeding particle size of-10 mm,low intensity magnetic separa-tion belt line speed of 2.5 m/s and separation plate distance of 440 mm,and high intensity magnetic separa-tion belt line speed of 2.38 m/s and separation plate distance of 440 mm,a pre-separation concentrate with yield of 77.57%,TFe,mFe and TiO2 grade of 15.58%,6.34%and 7.10%,and TFe,mFe and TiO2 recov-ery rate of 86.46%,98.61%and 90.46%,respectively is obtained.The research results can provide a tech-nical basis for improving the grade of the milled ore and reducing the ore processing capacity of the subse-quent grinding and separation system.
