摘要

某白云石矿作为内蒙古地区优质白云石的生产基地,其矿石中的石英含量较高,严重影响了白云石的品质,进而影响了后续钢铁冶炼的效率和炉渣性能.为提高该白云石的品质,采用破碎—磨矿—浮选工艺进行脱硅处理,通过条件试验,确定了最佳磨矿细度和药剂制度.试验结果表明:在最佳试验条件下,通过1粗1精1扫浮选闭路流程,获得了MgO品位21.59%、CaO品位31.04%、SiO2含量0.53%的白云石精矿,SiO2去除率达到82.83%,为该白云石矿的脱硅提供了有效的技术方案,为该矿的可持续发展提供了技术支持.

Abstract

A dolomite mine in Inner Mongolia is the production base of high-quality dolomite in In-ner Mongolia.The content of quartz in dolomite ore is high,which seriously affects the quality of dolomite,and then affects the efficiency of subsequent steel smelting and slag performance.In order to improve the quality of the dolomite,the crushing-grinding-flotation process is used for desilication treatment.The opti-mum grinding fineness and reagent system are determined by condition test.The test results show that un-der the optimal test conditions,the dolomite concentrate with MgO grade of 21.59%,CaO grade of 31.04%and SiO2 content of 0.53%is obtained through the closed-circuit flotation process of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging.The removal rate of SiO2 reached 82.83%,which provided an effective techni-cal solution for the desilication of the dolomite ore and provided technical support for the sustainable devel-opment of the mine.
