摘要

辽阳某高硫铁精粉硫含量3.51%,-38 μm占61.60%.铁主要赋存于磁铁矿和硫化物中,赋存于磁铁矿中的铁分布率为88.02%,赋存于硫化矿(主要为磁黄铁矿)的铁分布率为10.58%.为降低铁精矿硫含量,进行了降硫半工业试验探究.结果表明,在给矿浓度43%条件下,以硫酸为活化剂、异戊基黄药+丁铵黑药(质量配比4∶1)为捕收剂,采用浮选柱经1粗1精1扫反浮选流程选铁,最终可以获得铁品位67.06%、硫含量0.35%的铁精矿.

Abstract

The sulfur content of a high-sulfur iron concentrate powder in Liaoyang is 3.51%,and the-38 μm accounts for 61.60%.Iron mainly occurs in magnetite and sulfide.The distribution rate of iron in magnetite is 88.02%,and the distribution rate of iron in sulfide ore(mainly pyrrhotite)is 10.58%.In order to reduce the sulfur content of iron concentrate,a semi-industrial test of sulfur reduction is carried out.The re-sults show that under the condition of feeding concentration of 43%,with sulfuric acid as activator and iso-amyl xanthate+ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate(mass ratio of 4∶1)as collector,iron concentrate with iron grade of 67.06%and sulfur content of 0.35%can be obtained by flotation column through one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging reverse flotation process.
