为解决矿山传统生产方式存在的安全性低、资源浪费大等问题,提高矿山作业效率,降低生产成本,利用大数据、云计算、工业互联网等先进技术,在遵循《智能化矿山数据融合共享规范》的基础上研发基于湖仓架构的智能矿山大数据融合共享平台,整合矿山IT系统20余项、OT数据3万余项,实现数据资源的深度融合与共享应用.研究表明,基于湖仓架构的智能矿山大数据融合共享平台能有效优化矿山数据资产管理,降低数据应用难度,提升智能矿山建设进度.在实际应用中,德兴铜矿的运营状况得到显著改善,用工、用能、运维成本每年降低60万、270万、90万元,安全事故发生率降低30%.基于湖仓架构的智能矿山大数据融合共享平台对推动矿山行业实现高质量发展具有一定的参考和实践意义.
Design and Application of Big Data Fusion and Sharing Platform in Intelligent Mines Based on Lake Warehouse Architecture
In order to solve the problems of low safety and large waste of resources existing in the tradi-tional production mode of mining,improve the efficiency of mining operations and reduce production costs,by using advanced technologies such as big data,cloud computing and industrial Internet,and following the"Intelligent Mine Data Fusion and Sharing Standards",the intelligent mine big data fusion and sharing plat-form based on Lake Warehouse Architecture is developed.It integrates more than 20 items of mine IT sys-tems and more than 30 thousand items of OT data to achieve deep integration and sharing of data resources.The research shows that the intelligent mine big data fusion and sharing platform based on Lake Warehouse Architecture can effectively optimize the management of mine data assets,reduce the difficulty of data appli-cation,and improve the progress of smart mine construction.In practical application,the operation condi-tion of Dexing Copper Mine has been significantly improved,the cost of labor,energy and operation and maintenance has been reduced by 0.6 million,2.7 million and 0.9 million yuan per year,and the incidence of safety accidents has been reduced by 30%.The intelligent mining big data integration and sharing plat-form based on Lake Warehouse Architecture has certain reference and practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of the mining industry.
