对某三轴椭圆振动筛机采用离散元法与多体动力学相结合的方法进行了数值模拟,并引入有限元法对物料冲击下的筛体进行分析,通过单因素试验研究入料速度对筛分性能和冲击性能的影响.结果表明:当入料速度为4~8 kg/s时,随着入料速度的增大筛分效率先增加,当入料速度进一步增大,筛分效率随之降低;稳态时排料端物料平均速度随着入料速度的增加持续减小,当入料速度为6 kg/s时,筛分效率最大为78.16%;筛上物质量最大值与冲击力最大值两者与入料速度之间的关系都为近似正相关,筛网与侧板的变形和应力随着冲击力的增加而变大.研究结果可以为振动筛的设计和工程应用提供参考.
Research on Material Impact Properties of Vibrating Screen Based on DEM-MBD-FEM
The numerical simulation of a three-axis elliptical vibrating screen machine is carried out by combining discrete element method with multi-body dynamics,and the finite element method is intro-duced to analyze the screen body under the impact of materials.The influence of feeding speed on screening performance and impact performance is studied by single factor test.The results show that when the feeding speed is 4~8 kg/s,the screening efficiency increases first with the increase of feeding speed,and when the feeding speed increases further,the screening efficiency decreases.In the steady state,the average velocity of the material at the discharge end continues to decrease with the increase of the feeding speed.When the feeding speed is 6 kg/s,the screening efficiency is 78.16%.The relationship between the quality of the mate-rial on the screen and the impact force and the feeding speed is similar to the positive correlation.The defor-mation and stress of the screen and the side plate increase with the increase of the impact force.The research results can provide reference for the design and engineering application of vibrating screen.
