摘要

当前,新能源汽车和储能技术快速发展,对锂材料的需求空前高涨.针对如何高效地从卤水中提锂的问题,归纳分析了超滤膜、纳滤膜、反渗透膜、电渗析膜、双极膜等膜功能材料在盐湖提锂过程中的应用情况."吸附+膜法"耦合工艺可以实现高效提锂;膜法提锂技术具有能耗低、选择性强等特点,过程主要消耗电能,减少了对外购化学药剂的依赖,能够满足偏远矿区盐湖提锂的需求.未来研究方向可针对膜的抗污染能力不强,盐度过高会导致纳滤膜对锂镁分离效果变差,超滤膜、反渗透膜、纳滤膜对给料温度有严格要求等问题进行改进和优化.

Abstract

At present,with the rapid development of new energy vehicles and energy storage technolo-gy,the demand for lithium materials is unprecedentedly high.Aiming at the problem of how to extract lithi-um from brine efficiently,the application of membrane functional materials such as ultrafiltration mem-brane,nanofiltration membrane,reverse osmosis membrane,electrodialysis membrane and bipolar mem-brane in the process of extracting lithium from salt lake is summarized and analyzed.The'adsorption+mem-brane'coupling process can achieve efficient lithium extraction,the technology of lithium extraction by membrane method has the characteristics of low energy consumption and strong selectivity.The process mainly consumes electric energy,reduces the dependence on purchased chemicals,and can meet the de-mand of lithium extraction from salt lakes in remote mining areas.The future research direction can be im-proved and optimized from the aspects of the anti-fouling ability of the membrane is not well,the high salini-ty will lead to the deterioration of the separation effect of the nanofiltration membrane on lithium and magne-sium,and the ultrafiltration membrane,reverse osmosis membrane and nanofiltration membrane have strict requirements on the feed temperature.
