基于封闭耗氧试验的采空区煤炭自燃"三带"精准划分

为了对采空区煤炭自燃"三带"进行精准划分,提高采空区防灭火措施的有效性,提出了依据封闭耗氧试验确定窒息带临界氧浓度的方法,设计了采空区数据采集的方案.以乌海能源老石旦矿16402工作面为例,进行了煤样封闭耗氧试验与采空区数据采集,并依据数据结果进行了采空区煤炭自燃"三带"划分.以划分的采空区煤炭自燃"三带"为基础,对原采空区防灭火措施进行了修改,提高了防灭火措施的针对性,降低了投入成本,成功对16402工作面进行了煤炭自燃防治.实践表明,本采空区煤炭自燃"三带"精准划分方法科学,划分结果可靠.
Accurate Division of'Three Zones'of Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Goaf Based on Closed Oxygen Consumption Test
In order to accurately divide the'three zones'of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf and improve the effectiveness of fire prevention and extinguishing measures in goaf,a method for determining the critical oxygen concentration of asphyxiation zone based on closed oxygen consumption test was pro-posed,and a data acquisition scheme for goaf was designed.Taking the 16402 working face of Laoshidan Mine of Wuhai Energy as an example,the closed oxygen consumption test of coal samples and the data col-lection of goaf were carried out,and the'three zones'of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf were divided according to the data results.Based on the divided'three zones'of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf,the original fire prevention and extinguishing measures in goaf were modified,the pertinence of fire prevention and extinguishing measures was improved,the investment cost was reduced,and the coal spontaneous com-bustion prevention and control was successfully carried out in 16402 working face.Practice shows that the ac-curate division method of coal spontaneous combustion'three zones'in this goaf is scientific and the division result is reliable.
