Preliminary Study on the Promotion of Ecological Restoration by Microbial Remediation Techniques in a Mining Area of Southern Lujiang,Anhui
In order to evaluate the remediation effect of soil remediation project in Lunan mining area, selected the typical soil degradation areas of Daling,Xiaoling and Fanshan dumps in the mining area as the re-search objects, and studied the physical and chemical properties and total heavy metal content of surface soil in different states before, during and after remediation. At the same time, the species composition and diversity of surface soil microbial communities in different periods during and after remediation are analyzed. The re-sults showed that the remediation project in mining area of southern Lujiang inhibited the acidification of sur-face soil and made it reach the natural background value, improved the soil nutrient content, and effectively reduced the environmental risk of heavy metals. In addition, the soil microbial community after remediation showed higher diversity, and its structure is transformed into a functional community dominated by promoting carbon cycle, plant growth and nutrient element cycle, which is of great significance for maintaining and pro-moting the long-term ecological restoration of soil degradation area in Lunan mining area.In general, from the perspective of surface soil restoration, the restoration of mining area of southern Lujiang has achieved good re-sults,which provides valuable experience for the ecological restoration of similar mining areas.
