通过对中关铁矿原有手动控制的离心泵进行改造,增加出口压力检测、水仓液位检测、出口电动阀门、补水电动阀门、降压电动阀门、排气电动阀门、电气自动化控制系统、视频监控系统,实现离心泵启动前通过排水管道内的水对水泵进行自动排气功能,压力、液位数据实时采集,离心泵和电动阀门远程集中控制.该系统利用先进的仪表检测技术,结合先进的电气自动化控制技术和视频监控技术,改变原有的现场控制模式,集控中心对现场水泵实时监控和对现场设备远程控制,优化了岗位人员配置,提高了整体智能化水平和设备工作效率,降低了生产成本,提高了效益.
Application and Research of Exhaust Control System for Horizontal Centrifugal Pump
By reforming the original manually controlled centrifugal pump which included adding out-let pressure detection,water tank level detection,outlet electric valve,make-up water electric valve,pressure reducing electric valve,exhaust electric valve,electrical automation control system and video monitoring system,the automatic exhaust function of the centrifugal pump is achieved through the water in the drainage pipeline before starting,real-time collection of pressure and liquid level data is achieved,re-mote centralized control of the centrifugal pump and electric valve is achieved.This system utilizes ad-vanced instrument detection technology,combined with advanced electrical automation control technology and video monitoring technology,changes the original on-site control mode,achieves real-time monitoring of on-site water pumps and remote control of on-site equipment by the central control center,which opti-mizes personnel configuration,improves overall intelligence level and equipment work efficiency,reduces production costs,and improves efficiency.
