为提高矿山智能化程度,降低岗位重复性工作,加快产线巡检无人化,针对安徽某铁矿重型板式给料机在使用中出现的物料洒落、设备易损、重复性劳动和智慧化程度提升慢等问题,进行了不同新型回收装置设计试验研究.结果表明:当采用工具和简单的不抬高刮料板装置时虽然能减轻一定劳动量,但是不能完全满足现场需求,只有采用在倒梯形集料盒内安装定时往复式启停式智能板式清扫机器人清扫卫生时,才能彻底消除重型板式给料机下方长时间积料形成的板结物料,降低设备运转故障率.智能板式清扫机器人的应用为后期产线巡检无人化推进提供了保障.
Application Research of Intelligent Plate Cleaning Robot in an Iron Ore Concentrator from Anhui Province
In order to improve the intelligence of the mine,reduce the repetitive work of the post,and speed up the unmanned inspection of the production line,aiming at the problems of material spillage,equip-ment vulnerability,repetitive labor and slow improvement of intelligence in the use of heavy plate feeder in an iron mine in Anhui Province,the design and experimental research of different new recovery devices are carried out.The results show that although the use of tools and simple non-elevating scraper device can re-duce a certain amount of labor,it cannot fully meet the needs of the site.Only when the periodic reciprocat-ing start-stop intelligent plate cleaning robot is installed in the inverted trapezoidal aggregate box,can the harden materials formed by the long-term accumulation under the heavy plate feeder be completely eliminat-ed and the failure rate of equipment operation be reduced,which provides a guarantee for the unmanned in-spection of the later production line.
