Through analyzing the traditional secondary grinding classification process of iron ore and its problems,the factors and conditions that affect the process are explored,and the necessity of introducing cyclones for pre-classification and high-frequency screens for control classification is proposed.The appli-cation shows that the cyclone provides suitable feeding conditions for the high-frequency vibrating screen,improves the screening efficiency of the vibrating screen,and at the same time improves the grinding effi-ciency of the ball mill,which to some extent increases the yield of concentrate.
