泗洲选矿厂破碎工艺流程优化研究

针对泗洲选矿厂原破碎工艺流程复杂、预先筛分效率低、中细碎处理能力不平衡、最终产品粒度较粗等问题,结合原破碎工艺的设备处理量、设备负荷率、破碎效率、筛分效率、产品质量等指标,分析了破碎工艺优化为"两段一闭路"的可行性.结果表明,采用"两段一闭路"新破碎工艺,破碎系统处理量提升了127.02 t/h,中、细碎破碎机负荷率分别提高了27.67和12.84个百分点,系统循环负荷提高了28.27个百分点,最终产品-5 mm含量提高3.88个百分点.新开发的破碎工艺缩短了破碎流程,减少了设备数量,提高了破碎效率,改善了产品质量,对提高社会经济效益和建设绿色矿山具有重要意义.
Research on Optimization of Crushing Process Flow in Sizhou Concentrator
Due to the problems of the original crushing process in Sizhou Concentrator,such as com-plex process,low pre-screening efficiency,unbalanced medium and fine crushing processing capacity and coarser final product particle size,the feasibility of optimizing the crushing process to"two stages and one closed circuit"is analyzed based on the indicators of the raw crushing process,such as equipment handling capacity,equipment load rate,crushing efficiency,screening efficiency and product quality.The research results show that using the"two-stage and closed-circuit"new crushing process,the crushing system pro-cessing capacity increased by 127.02 t/h,the load rate of medium and fine crushing crusher increased by 27.67 and 12.84 percentage points,the system cycle load increased by 28.27 percentage points,and the fi-nal product-5 mm content increased by 3.88 percentage points.The newly developed ore crushing process shorens the ore crushing process,reduces the number of equipment,improves the ore crushing efficiency and improves the product quality,which is of great significance for improving social and economic benefits and building green mines.
