尾矿固结贮存工艺在某矿山生产中的应用

安徽省霍邱县某铁矿山建设前期已完成尾矿库建设用征地,后续建设中已不具备建设尾矿库的条件,导致该部分用地一直处于闲置状态,造成了土地严重浪费.为了解决拟建尾矿库土地闲置及矿山尾矿处置困难问题,采用尾矿固结贮存工艺,将尾矿与一定量的胶凝材料混合后压滤脱水,再回填至闲置土地进行固结贮存.按"分期分区、分层分段"渐进式贮存方法,分小区域进行回填、覆土、绿化作业,减少贮存尾矿暴露时间,有效降低贮存场环境影响,达到缓解尾矿处置压力、闲置土地再利用及尾矿处置工艺技术推广示范的效果.
Application of Tailings Consolidation-Storage Process in a Mine Production
In an iron mine in Huoqiu County,Anhui Province,land are collected for the construction of the tailings pond in the early stage of construction.In the subsequent construction,the external conditions for the construction of the tailings pond are no longer available,leading to part of the land has been idle,re-sulting in a serious waste of land.In order to solve the problem of idle land and difficult disposal of mine tail-ings in the proposed tailings pond,the tailings are mixed with a certain amount of cementitious materials and dehydrated by using the tailings consolidation storage process,and then backfilled to the idle land for consolidation storage.According to the progressive storage method of'stage division and layered segmenta-tion',backfilling,soil covering and greening operations are carried out in small areas according to the plan to reduce the exposure time of stored tailings,which can reduce the environmental impact of the storage site,and at the same time alleviate the pressure of tailings disposal,the reuse of idle land and the promotion and demonstration of tailings disposal technology.
