摘要

某金矿氰化尾浆残留氰根浓度60.06 mg/L,氰化尾浆需进行脱氰处理达标后排放.因此,开展了脱氰药剂种类、药剂用量及反应时间试验.结果表明:PC-2#脱氰药剂效果较佳,在PC-2#用量为2 g/L,搅拌反应时间为2h条件下,氰化尾液中CN-浓度降至2.79 mg/L,氰化物脱除率可达95.35%,工艺指标最优.PC-2#脱氰效果显著,工艺简单,有利于提高生产指标及促进系统稳定运行.

Abstract

The residual cyanide concentration of cyanide tailings in a gold mine is 60.06 mg/L,and the cyanide tailings slurry needs to be decyanated and discharged after reaching the standard.Therefore,the types of decyanation agents,the dosage of agents and the reaction time are tested.The results showed that the effect of PC-2#decyanation agent is better.Under the conditions of PC-2#dosage of 2 g/L and stir-ring reaction time of 2 h,the CN-concentration of cyanide tail liquid is reduced to 2.79 mg/L,the cyanide removal rate is 95.35%,and the process index is the best.The decyanation effect of PC-2#is remarkable,and the process is simple,which is beneficial to promote the production index and the stable operation of the system.
