摘要

探讨选择性神经根阻滞术(SNRB)联合侧路经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术(PTED)在治疗多节段腰椎间盘突出中的意义。研究发现选择性神经根阻滞可为多节段腰椎间盘突出症患者提供定位诊断,联合PTED术可实现精准减压,可取得良好的治疗效果。 To explore the clinical efficacy of selective nerve root block (SNRB) in percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy discectomy (PTED) for multi-segmental lumbar disc herniation (MLDH). SNRB was effective for diagnosing MLDH, which could provide reliable evidence for PTED to accomplish precise decompression and minimally invasive surgery.

Abstract

To explore the clinical efficacy of selective nerve root block (SNRB) in percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy discectomy (PTED) for multi-segmental lumbar disc herniation (MLDH). SNRB was effective for diagnosing MLDH, which could provide reliable evidence for PTED to accomplish precise decompression and minimally invasive surgery.
