摘要
研究肺磨玻璃结节(GGN)患者CT影像预测肺腺癌浸润程度及对肺结节病理性质的判定价值。研究发现,良性组以及恶性组患者的影像学特征、CT平均值之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.001);不同浸润情况患者的CT平均值差异存在统计学意义(P<0.001)。GGN患者CT影像对于肺腺癌浸润程度及病理性质的判定具有显著的意义。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the value of CT images in predicting the degree of lung adenocarcinoma infiltration and determining the pathological nature of pulmonary nodules in patients with pulmonary ground glass nodules (GGN). The study found statistically significant differences in imaging features and mean CT values between patients with benign and malignant lesions (P<0.001). Patients with varied degree of tumor infiltration differed significantly in mean CT values (P<0.001). In conclusion, CT images can be of remarkably relevance in evaluating the infiltration and pathological nature of lung adenocarcinoma in patients with GGN, and thus is recommendable for widespread use in clinical settings.
