摘要

探讨老年髋关节置换术患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、视锥蛋白样蛋白-1(VILIP-1)水平变化及与认知功能的关系。研究显示认知障碍组患者血清sICAM-1、VILIP-1水平高于认知正常组,MMSE评分低于认知正常组(P<0.05)。血清sICAM-1、VILIP-1均为影响老年髋关节置换术患者发生认知功能障碍的相关因素(P<0.05)。 To investigate the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1), visual cone like protein-1 (VILIP-1) and their relationship with cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement. Research show:serum sICAM-1 and VILIP-1 were the related factors affecting cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with hip replacement (P<0.05). The levels of sICAM-1 and VILIP-1 in serum of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty increased, and there was a certain relationship between them and their cognitive function.

Abstract

To investigate the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1), visual cone like protein-1 (VILIP-1) and their relationship with cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement. Research show:serum sICAM-1 and VILIP-1 were the related factors affecting cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with hip replacement (P<0.05). The levels of sICAM-1 and VILIP-1 in serum of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty increased, and there was a certain relationship between them and their cognitive function.
