摘要
研究肺部混合磨玻璃样结节(mGGN)的高分辨率(HRCT)征象在术前预测肿瘤浸润性癌中的价值。研究发现HRCT定量参数总体平均大小、平均实质大小、实质占比、实质成分平均CT值在鉴别浸润性肺癌中的效能分别为0.734、0.836、0.890、0.806。mGGN的HRCT征象在鉴别浸润性癌与非浸润性癌中具有良好的价值。 To investigate the value of high-resolution Computed tomography (CT) signs of mixed ground glass nodule (mGGN) in preoperative prediction of tumor invasion. The overall mean size of HRCT quantitative parameters, mean parenchymal size, parenchymal proportion and mean CT value of parenchymal components were 0.734, 0.836, 0.890 and 0.806 in differentiating invasive lung cancer, respectively. HRCT signs of mGGN are valuable in differentiating invasive cancer from non-invasive cancer.
Abstract
To investigate the value of high-resolution Computed tomography (CT) signs of mixed ground glass nodule (mGGN) in preoperative prediction of tumor invasion. The overall mean size of HRCT quantitative parameters, mean parenchymal size, parenchymal proportion and mean CT value of parenchymal components were 0.734, 0.836, 0.890 and 0.806 in differentiating invasive lung cancer, respectively. HRCT signs of mGGN are valuable in differentiating invasive cancer from non-invasive cancer.
