摘要
研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清中人软骨糖蛋白39(YKL-40)、弹性蛋白酶抑制剂(SerpinB1)、血清促代谢因子(Betatrophin)的表达及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。研究发现GDM患者血清中YKL-40、SerpinB1、betatrophin的表达与胰岛素抵抗呈现出显著的相关性,可为临床诊断提供科学依据。 To investigate the expression of human cartilage glycoprotein 39 (YKL-40), elastase inhibitor (SerpinB1) and serum pro-metabolic factor (Betatrophin) in the serum of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and their relationship with insulin resistance. The expression of YKL-40, SerpinB1 and betatrophin in the serum of GDM patients showed a significant correlation with insulin resistance, which could provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis.
Abstract
