摘要
探讨喉癌术后患者癌症复发恐惧现状及与心理韧性、应对方式的关系。采用疾病进展恐惧简化量表（FoP-Q-SF）、心理韧性量表（CD-RISC）、简易应对方式量表（SCSQ）对116例喉癌术后患者进行调查。结果显示，喉癌术后患者癌症复发恐惧与心理韧性、积极应对方式呈负相关，与消极应对方式呈正相关（P<0.05）。喉癌术后患者均存在不同程度的癌症复发恐惧，且与心理韧性、积极应对方式呈负相关，与消极应对方式呈正相关。 To explore the status quo of fear of cancer recurrence and its relationship with psychological resilience and coping style in postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer. 116 postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer were investigated with fear of progression questionnaire short form (FoP-Q-SF), connor-davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and simplified coping style questionnai (SCSQ). The fear of cancer recurrence was negatively correlated with psychological resilience and positive coping style, and positively correlated with negative coping style (P<0.05). Postoperative laryngeal cancer patients have different degrees of cancer recurrence fear, which is negatively correlated with psychological resilience, positive coping style, and positively correlated with negative coping style.
