Value of thyroid blood flow Doppler parameters combined with serum TSH concentration in the assessment of lymph node metastasis in patients

探究超声血流参数联合血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)浓度对甲状腺癌(TC)患者淋巴结转移的评估价值。回顾性选取TC患者107例,行多普勒超声检查,检测TSH表达,根据病理检查结果将患者分为淋巴转移组与未转移组。研究发现两组患者搏动指数(PI)和舒张末期血流速度(EDV)之间无明显差异(P>0.05),转移组阻力指数(RI)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)和收缩期和舒张期流速比(S/D)、血清TSH均明显高于未转移组(P<0.05)。血流参数RI、PSV、S/D和血清TSH对于评估淋巴结转移的发生均有价值,其中血流参数与血清TSH联合检测的整体评估效能最高。 To explore the value of ultrasound blood flow parameters combined with serum thyrotropin (TSH) concentration in evaluating lymph node metastasis in patients with thyroid cancer (TC). 107 patients with TC were retrospectively selected for Doppler ultrasound examination to detect the expression of TSH. According to the pathological results, the patients were divided into lymphatic metastasis group and non-metastasis group. The study found that there was no significant difference between the two groups in pulsatile index (PI) and end-diastolic blood flow velocity (EDV) (P>0.05). The resistance index (RI), peak systolic flow velocity (PSV), systolic and diastolic flow velocity ratio (S/D) and serum TSH in the transfer group were significantly higher than those in the non-transfer group (P<0.05) .The blood flow parameters RI, PSV, S/D and serum TSH are all valuable for evaluating the occurrence of lymph node metastasis, and the combined detection of blood flow parameters and serum TSH has the highest overall evaluation efficiency.
