分析下咽癌组织中前梯度蛋白2(AGR2)、S100钙结合蛋白A6(S100A6)表达水平及与患者特征、临床结局的关系。研究发现下咽癌组织中AGR2、S100A6表达水平均呈高表达,其表达水平与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关,可作为预测下咽癌患者预后的生物标志物。 To explore the expression levels of pre-gradient protein 2 (AGR2) and S100 calcium-binding protein A6 (S100A6) in hypopharyngeal cancer tissues and their relationship with patient characteristics and clinical outcomes. High expression of AGR2 and S100A6 were independent risk factors for the prognosis of cases with hypopharyngeal carcinoma (P<0.05). The levels of AGR2 and S100A6 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues are highly expressed, and their expression levels are related to clinical stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis, which can be used as biomarkers to predict the prognosis of cases with hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
Abstract
