摘要

探讨以内脏脂肪的面积(VFA)为基础的常规CT检查联合多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)对结直肠癌根治术患者的疗效预测价值。术前CT测量VFA可准确评估结直肠癌患者腹部内脏脂肪信息,当VFA≥100 cm2会影响此类患者的手术效果并可增加术后并发症发生风险,同时MSCTA检查则是保护因素,从而有利于患者手术获益。 To investigate the predictive value of VFA-based conventional CT examination combined with MSCTA on the efficacy of patients undergoing radical colorectal cancer surgery. Preoperative CT measurement of VFA can accurately assess abdominal visceral fat information in patients with colorectal cancer, and when VFA ≥100 cm2 can affect the surgical outcome of such patients and can increase the risk of postoperative complications, while MSCTA examination is a protective factor, thus benefiting the patient.

Abstract
