探讨基于3D-nnUnet三维超声分割测量胎儿隔离肺体积,计算肺头比值(CVR)在诊断隔离肺(PS)患儿及预后评估中的价值。研究发现产前三维超声的特征在鉴别诊断PS患儿与肺囊腺瘤患儿中具有较高的灵敏度,选取CRV临界值1.6和2.0作为预测PS患儿预后结局的灵敏度均不高,可以将超声特征与CRV临界值二者结合考虑,以提高CRV值的临床预测能力。 To explore the value of measuring fetal isolated lung volume and calculating the lung head ratio (CVR) based on 3D nnUnet three-dimensional ultrasound segmentation in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of isolated lung (PS) children. The study shows that the characteristics of prenatal three-dimensional ultrasound have high sensitivity in the differential diagnosis of children with PS and children with pulmonary cystadenoma. The sensitivity of selecting the CRV threshold value of 1.6 and 2.0 to predict the prognosis of children with PS is not high. The combination of ultrasound characteristics and CRV threshold value can be considered to improve the clinical prediction ability of CRV value.
Abstract
