摘要
探讨右美托咪定联合地佐辛麻醉对甲状腺肿瘤切除术患者拔管期血流动力学及术后认知功能的影响。选择213例行甲状腺肿瘤切除术患者,对照组给予地佐辛治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用右美托咪定治疗。比较两组患者麻醉恢复情况、拔管期血流动力学、术后认知功能以及不良反应的发生情况。研究发现右美托咪定联合地佐辛麻醉能够有效稳定甲状腺肿瘤切除术患者拔管期血流动力学,减轻对认知功能的损害,有一定的临床推广价值。 To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with desocine anesthesia on hemodynamics and postoperative cognitive function in patients with thyroid tumor resection during extubation. 213 patients with thyroid tumor resection were selected, the control group was given desoxine treatment, and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine treatment on the basis of the control group. Recovery from anesthesia, hemodynamics during extubation, postoperative cognitive function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Studies have found that dexmedetomidine combined with desoxine anesthesia can effectively stabilize hemodynamics during extubation in patients with thyroid tumor resection and reduce the damage to cognitive function, which has a certain value for clinical promotion.
