摘要
探讨血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、胱抑素C(CysC)及白细胞介素(IL)-17联合检测对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者肾损伤的诊断价值.研究发现血清HMGB1、CysC及IL-17在MM患者中异常高表达,且与病情进展及肾损伤存在密切联系,三者联合检测诊断MM患者并发肾损伤的效能较高.
Abstract
To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),cystatin C(CysC)and interleukin(IL)-17 for renal injury in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).The study shows abnormal high expression of serum HMGB1,CysC and IL-17 in MM patients is closely related to the progression of the disease and renal injury.The combined detection of the three has a high efficiency in the diagnosis of renal injury in MM patients.
