摘要
探索Mycoplasma amphoriforme中与肺炎支原体P1黏附素最相似的毒力因子,并对其进行生物信息学分析.以肺炎支原体P1黏附素在肺炎支原体基因组中所处的位置、氨基酸序列作为模板,从Mycoplasma amphoriforme基因组筛选出同源性最相似的Mycoplasma amphoriforme P1.通过在线软件,对Mycoplasma amphoriforme P1 进行生物信息学分析.结果显示 Mycoplasma amphoriforme P1基因编码987AA,相对分子质量约为107;存在信号肽的概率为24.64%;在13~35、882~904位氨基酸之间分别形成一跨膜区;含有苏氨酸、氨酸磷酸和酪氨酸磷酸化位点;二级结构包括延伸链、α螺旋、β转角及无规则卷曲;存在结构域;平均抗原倾向为1.0160.证实了Mycoplasma amphoriforme P1具有成为毒力因子的可能性.
Abstract
To find out and bioinformatics analysis of virulence factors in Mycoplasma amphoriforme that was most similar to Mycoplasma pneumoniae P1 adhesin.The position of Mycoplasma pneumoniae P1 adhesion in Mycoplasma pneumoniae genome and amino acid sequence were used as templates to screen the most similar Mycoplasma amphoriforme P1 from Mycoplasma amphoriforme genome.Bioinformatics analysis of Mycoplasma amphoriforme P1 was performed using online software.The results showed that Mycoplasma amphoriforme P1 gene encoded 987 AA,the molecular weight was about 107.The probability of the presence of signal peptide was 24.64%.The protein formed a transmembrane region between amino acids at positions 13-35 and 882-904,respectively.There were phosphorylation sites,phosphorylation sites and phosphorylation sites.The secondary structure consisted of α helix,extended chain,β Angle and random coil.There were domains.The average propensity was 1.0160.Mycoplasma amphoriforme P1 had been confirmed as a potential virulence factor.
