摘要
探讨外周微RNA-223(miR-223)、Th1/Th2细胞与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗的关系.研究发现PCOS患者外周血miR-223、Th1/Th2细胞与性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗密切相关,且与疾病进展存在一定的关系,联合检测可提高PCOS的预测效能.
Abstract
To investigate the relationship between peripheral microRNA-223(miR-223),Th1/Th2 cells and sex hormone levels and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Peripheral blood mir-223 and Th1/Th2 cells in PCOS patients are closely related to sex hormone levels and insulin resistance,and there is a relationship with disease progression,and the combined test can improve the predictive efficacy of PCOS.
