Fast Analysis of the Temperature Rise in Meta-material Radome
As the power of electronics system become higher ever than before,the temperature rise in meta-material radome should been taken into account.Since the complexity of meta-material radome,it is more difficult to analyze the thermal problem of meta material radome.In order to analyze temperature in meta-material radome it is necessary to have recourse to the multi physics field computation combined with electromagnetic field and thermal field.It takes usually much efforts and time to conduct the thermal a-nalysis for large scale meta-material radome.In this paper systematical and theoretically analysis to this problem is present at first and a fast method to evaluate the temperature rise within the radome is given then.The maximum temperature rise and distribution of monolithic and sandwich meta-material radome are evaluated and the calculating results agree well with the simulation and the experiment data while the calculating time are much less than that used in full wave analysis and the speed are increased by hun-dred times.This method with advantage of clear physics view and fast convenience can be also used to analyze the temperature rise distribution for the meta-material radome under asymmetry environment temperature.It provides the design of advanced meta-ra-dome with strong support.
