An Overview on High-band Multi-functional Integrated RF Abroad
With the constantly changing military demand traction and the process of active phased array,open architecture and other technology,multifunctional integrated RF technology has been developed iteratively in recent years.Many research results have been formed,among which high-frequency integrated multifunction is the key research content in various countries.From this point,this paper reviews the latest development of typical integrated RF projects in the field of airborne and shipborne.The devel-opment characteristics of key enables are summarized,which can partly guide the development of integrated multifunction RF in China.
