某充气气囊天线设计

柔性天线与浮空器本体共形,可实现大型雷达天线的轻量化设计,是充分利用浮空器平台获取大视距探测优势的技术基础.文中研制了一套充气气囊天线,根据任务需求与生产加工能力,合理进行布局设计;通过仿真分析与样件试制,合理选材并确定囊体工作压差.经多次试制迭代后,固化成型方案并完成样机研制.为评价样机指标符合性,采用结构及电性能两个维度对样机进行考核.结构方面,样机外观、尺寸、反射面变形、天线垂直度、保型时长等均满足需求;电性能方面,采用无源驻波指标判定辐射单元性能,通过分析发射方向图、接收方向图数据,测定样机满足了天线增益、副瓣电平和波束宽度等指标.
Design of an Inflatable Airbag Antenna
The flexible antenna is conformal with the aerostat body,which can realize the lightweight design of the large radar an-tenna.That method is the technical basis for making full use of the aerostat platform to obtain the advantages of large line-of-sight detection.In this paper,an inflatable airbag antenna is designed.The layout of the antenna is designed according to the mission requirements and manufacturing capacities.On the basis of simulation and experiment,the material of each part and pressure of the entirety are confirmed.After several tests,the processing plan of the antenna is formed and the prototype is completed.To e-valuate the compliance of the prototype indicators,two dimensions of structure and electrical performance are used to assess the prototype.In terms of structure,the appearance,size,reflector deformation,antenna verticality and time of shape retention all meet the requirements.In terms of electrical performance,the passive standing wave index is used to judge the performance of ra-diation element.By analyzing the data of transmission and reception azimuth pattern,it is determined that the prototype meets the indicators of antenna gain,sidelobe level,and beam width.
