Inertial Calibration Technology Based on Airborne SAR Imaging Scene Evaluation
Aiming at the problem of pointing deviation in airborne SAR imaging caused by large heading angle errors of airborne in-ertial navigation,an inertial calibration technology based on airborne SAR imaging scene evaluation is proposed. This technology u-tilizes data mining of high-resolution results from SAR imaging of uniform scenes, combined with radar antenna patterns,to effec-tively extract pointing errors. On this basis, combined with the inertial navigation lever arm model and Kalman filtering processing, the precise estimation and compensation of the installation angle error of the inertial navigation were completed. Finally, the effec-tive calibration of the inertial navigation angle error was verified through measured data, and better SAR image quality was achieved in engineering applications. This method can reduce the impact of inertial navigation angle error, obtain higher airborne radar con-trol accuracy, and has a wider range of application scenarios.
