摘要
目的 探讨肾上腺出血的临床表现、影像学特点、治疗方式和预后.方法 回顾性分析天津市人民医院泌尿外科收治的1例肾上腺出血患者的临床资料,患者CT、MRI提示左侧肾上腺出血,予预防感染、止疼等对症治疗,并进行疗效评估.结果 患者症状好转,复查CT提示出血较前明显吸收,化验未见肾上腺功能减退.结论 肾上腺出血在临床上罕见,临床表现无特异性,结合影像学检查有助于诊断,保守治疗一般具有良好疗效,必要时行手术干预.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical performance,imaging features,treatment and prognosis of adrenal hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of one patient in Tianjin Union Medical Center was analyzed retrospectively.Left adrenal hemorrhage was diagnosed based on CT scan and MRI.The patient received conservative treatments including infection prevention and pain relief.The efficacy of treatments was evaluated.Results Symptomatic improvements of the pa-tient were observed.Hematoma was partly absorbed according to CT scans re-examination.Adrenal insufficiency was not found in laboratory tests.Conclusions Adrenal hemorrhage is rare in clinical practice with non-specific performance.Imaging is helpful in diagnosis.Conservative treatments are generally effective and surgical intervention should be carried out when necessary.
