5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂的配方研究

通过对不同配方甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(以下简称甲维盐)的水乳体系的测定和对乳化剂、抗冻剂及悬浮助剂的筛选,确定了5%甲维盐水乳剂的最佳配方,同时确定了适宜的加工工艺,即将水相加入油相的制备方法可使所得5%甲维盐水乳剂有较好的稳定性.并通过对5%甲维盐水乳剂稳定性影响因素的研究,发现不同含盐量(1 000~5 000 mg/L)和不同硬度(0~500mg/L)的水质对制剂的稳定性几乎没有影响,制剂表现出较好的稳定性.
Study on Formulations of Emamectin Benzoate 5% EW
Through the determination for water emulsion system of emamection benzoate with different formulation and the screening of emulsifiers, antifreeze agents and suspending adjuvant, the best formula of emamectin benzoate 5% EW and the appropriate processing technology were confirmed. By adding the water-phase into the oil-phase, better stability was obtained. The studies found that different salt content (1 000-5 000 mg/L) and different hardness (0-500 mg/L) of the water quality was almost no effect on stability of preparations, and the preparation showed good stability.
