三氟甲吡醚的合成与杀虫活性

以对苯二酚和1,1,1,3-四氯丙烷为起始原料,经4步反应合成了三氟甲吡醚,目标化合物的结构经1H NMR确证.杀虫活性测试结果表明,三氟甲吡醚对小菜蛾(Plutella xyllostella)、甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exigua)及粘虫(Mythimna separate)具有优异的杀虫活性,其中在2.5 mg/L浓度下对甜菜夜蛾的防效为100%.
Synthesis of Pyridalyl and Its Insecticidal Activities
Pyridalyl was synthesized by employing p-hydroquinone and 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane as starting materials, the structure of the target compound was confirmed by 'H NMR. Indoor insecticidal activity test showed that pyridalyl had excellent insecticidal activities against diamondback moth (Plutella xyllostella), beet armyworm (Spodoptera exigua) and armyworm (Mylhimna separate), in which the insecticidal rate to beet armyworm at 2.5 mg/L was 100%.
