摘要

为了评价莠去津在玉米上使用的安全性,于2009-2010年在济南、焦作两地通过田间试验和气相色谱分析方法研究了莠去津在玉米和土壤中的消解动态和最终残留.莠去津在玉米植株和土壤中的降解行为均符合一级降解动力学方程,降解半衰期分别为3.6~4.2 d和6.5~12.9 d.土壤中莠去津消解速率焦作慢于济南,这可能与土壤中微生物菌群有关.莠去津在玉米植株、籽粒和土壤中的最终残留量均低于莠去津在玉米上的最大残留限量(MRL) 0.05 mg/kg.本研究为制定该农药在玉米上的合理使用准则以及风险评估提供了科学依据.

Abstract

To evaluate the application safety of atrazine, the final residue and degradation dynamic of atrazine in corn and soil were investigated and the samples were analyzed by GC in Jinan and Jiaozuo from 2009 to 2010. The degradation of atrazine in corn plants and soil meeted the first-order kinetic equation, and the half-lives of atrazine were 3.6-4.2 d and 6.5-12.9 d, respectively. The rates of degradation in soil in Jiaozuo were slower than those in Jinan, which probably related to the microorganisms in soil. The results showed that the residues of atrazine in corn plants, corn seeds and soil were lower than the MRL of 0.05 mg/kg. The study provided scientific basis for setting up the guidance of safe application and risk assessment.
