摘要

采用湿法研磨工艺,通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、成膜剂等进行筛选和优化,得到18%噻呋·噻虫胺悬浮种衣剂的优化配方,并确定其对花生种子发芽的影响以及对花生蛴螬的田间防治效果.试验结果显示,该悬浮种衣剂各项性能指标均达到悬浮种衣剂标准要求,悬浮率高,热贮稳定性好.18%噻呋·噻虫胺悬浮种衣剂对花生蛴螬的防效为90.59%,虫口减退率为93.66%.

Abstract

Main adjuvants such as wetting dispersant agents, film forming agents, thickening agents were screened and optimized, then thifluzamide + clothianidin 18% FS was developed by wet ultrafine grinding. The effect on peanut seed germination and the control effect on peanut Scarabaeoidea were measured by field trial. The optimum formula was as follow: clothianidin 15%, thifluzamide 3%, xanthan gum 0.13%, magnesium aluminum silicate 1.3%, SC-2728 3%, SP-SC3 1.5%, DP1000 1.5%, GY-W07 1.5%, SK423 3%, propylene glycol 5%, citric acid 0.2%, defoamer 0.2%, warning colouration 1%, and water added up to 100%. The performance of the formula was tested, and all indicators of the FS met the relevant standards. The FS had high suspension rate, good thermal storage stability. The further field experiment showed that the control effects on peanut Scarabaeoidea was 90.59%, the relative population decline rate was 93.66%.
