Isocycloseram was synthesized with 3,5-dichloro-4-fluoro-bromobenzene,D-cycloserine as starting materials.The structrual characterization of isocycloseram was identified by 1H NMR.The synthetic method was simple,economical,and suitable for industrial manufacture.
