A HPLC method for quantitative determination of MCPA-isooctyl+topramezone+atrazine 42％OD was established.The samples were separated by C18 reversed phase column using methanol+acetonitrile+ammonia solution(volume ratio of 44∶44∶12)as mobile phase,detected by DAD or UV detecter,and quantitated by external standard method.The results showed that the linear correlations of topramezone,MCPA-isooctyl and atrazine were 0.999 72,0.999 98 and 0.999 95,the standard deviations were 0.019,0.153 and 0.071,the relative standard deviations were 0.969％,0.602％and 0.470％,and the average recoveries were 98.44％,100.77％and 100.44％.
