Determination of ipfentrifluconazole residues in fruits and vegetables by QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS
A QuEChERS-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method was developed for the determination of ipfentrifluconazole residues in fruits and vegetables. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by anhydrous magnesium sulfate,PSA and GCB,filtered by membrane, and then determined by UPLC-MS/MS,quantified by an external standard method. The results showed that the method had good linear relationship at the concentration of 0.005 to 0.5 mg/L,the correlation coefficients all over 0.995.The limits of quantification in five matrix were 0.01mg/kg.At the spiked levels of 0.01,0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg,the average recoveries of ipfentrifluconazole were 84.0%-102.1%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.1%-12.7%.The method was simple, sensitive and efficient, and could be used for ipfentrifluconazole residue detection in fruits and vegetables.
