The synthesis routes of mefentrifluconazole were summarized,and a new synthesis process was proposed in this paper.Mefentrifluconazole was prepared using 2-bromo-5-fluoro-benzotrifluoride as the starting material via reactions of Grignard reaction,ring-opening reaction,and etherification reaction.The synthetic route was suitable for industrial production with the advantages of mild reaction condition,high yield,low cost and simple procedures.
