A method for separation and quantitative analysis of nitenpyram·dinotefuran 60%WG was established by HPLC,using the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,on ZORBAX Eclipse C18column and diode array detector at 270 nm wavelength.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of nitenpyram and dinotefuran were 0.999 8 and 0.999 7,the relative standard deviations were 0.170%and 0.132%,and the average recoveries were 99.64%and 99.78%,respectively.
