糠醛肟醚衍生物的合成及抑菌活性

进一步探究呋喃环在农药研究领域的应用,以糠醛为原料设计合成了 13个糠醛肟醚衍生物,并通过核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、高分辨质谱对其结构进行表征确证.生物活性测试结果表明:部分目标化合物对柑橘溃疡病菌和水稻白叶枯病菌具有一定抑制活性.其中,2-呋喃甲醛-O-(3-三氟甲基苄基)肟(3l)的抑制率较为突出.在质量浓度为5 0和10 0μg/mL时,对柑橘溃疡病菌的抑制率分别为56.0%和74.0%,其EC50为35.1 μg/mL,优于对照药剂噻唑锌(63.7 μg/mL).化合物3l具有进一步研究的价值.
Synthesis and antibacterial activity of furfural oxime ether derivatives
In order to further explore the application of furan rings in the field of pesticide research,13 furfural oxime ether derivatives were designed and synthesized using furfural as raw materials,and their structures were characterized and confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS.The results showed that some of the target compounds had certain inhibitory activities against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri and Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae.Among them,the inhibition rate of 2-furanoformaldehyde-O-(3-trifluoromethylbenzyl)oxime(3l)was extremely significant,and the inhibition rates on Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri were 56.0%and 74.0%,at the concentration of 50 and 100 μg/mL,respectively.The EC50 of 3l was 35.1 μg/mL,which was better than that of the control agent zinc thiazole(63.7 μg/mL).Compound 3l had the value of further research.
