Synthesis and antibacterial activity of furfural oxime ether derivatives
In order to further explore the application of furan rings in the field of pesticide research,13 furfural oxime ether derivatives were designed and synthesized using furfural as raw materials, and their structures were characterized and confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS.The results showed that some of the target compounds had certain inhibitory activities against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri and Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae.Among them, the inhibition rate of 2-furanoformaldehyde-O-(3-trifluoromethylbenzyl)oxime(3l)was extremely significant, and the inhibition rates on Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri were 56.0%and 74.0%,at the concentration of 50 and 100 μg/mL,respectively.The EC50 of 3l was 35.1 μg/mL,which was better than that of the control agent zinc thiazole(63.7 μg/mL).Compound 3l had the value of further research.
