Research on the control effects of two kinds of SDHI fungicide to rice bakanae disease and white-tip nematode disease
Rice bakanae disease and white-tip nematode disease are two important seed-borne diseases that cause seriously harm to rice.To clarify the control effects of two kinds of SDHI fungicide on the rice seed-borne diseases, the laboratory toxicity tests and field trials were carried out.The results of laboratory toxicity tests showed that pydiflumetofen had inhibitory effects on the sensitive and resistant strains of bakanae disease, with the EC50 of 0.728 5 and 0.773 6 mg/L.The results of field trials showed that soaking seeds with pydiflumetofen 200 g/L SC 1 000-4 000 times liquid could achieve the control effects of 84.18%-100%on bakanae disease, but had no control effect on rice white-tip nematode disease.Soaking seeds with fluopyram 41.7%SC 500-2 000 times liquid could achieve the control effects of 92.11%-96.75%on bakanae disease and 82.49%-88.93%on white-tip nematode disease.
