15亿CFU/mL多粘类芽孢杆菌P1悬浮剂对小白菜根肿病的防治效果及安全性评价

摘要

为评价15亿CFU/mL多粘类芽孢杆菌P1悬浮剂对小白菜根肿病防治效果,开展了室内毒力测定和田间药效小区试验.室内毒力测定结果显示,多粘类芽孢杆菌P 1对小白菜根肿病具有较高的毒力.室内作物安全性试验结果显示,15亿CFU/mL多粘类芽孢杆菌P1悬浮剂试验剂量下对小白菜出苗和生长影响小,对小白菜安全.田间药效小区试验结果表明,15亿CFU/mL多粘类芽孢杆菌P1悬浮剂对小白菜根肿病总体防效良好,且对小白菜安全.其15 L/hm2处理的防效为49.5％～71.8％,22.5 L/hm2处理的防效为60.2％～75.5％,30 L/hm2处理的防效为66.0％～80.4％.

Abstract

In order to evaluate the efficacy of Paenibacillus polymyxa P1 1.5 billion CFU/mL SC against clubroot disease on pakchoi,laboratory bioactivity determination and field trial were carrieded out.The results of laboratory bioactivities showed that Paenibacillus polymyxa P1 had good effects on clubroot disease.The results of laboratory safety test showed that Paenibacillus polymyxa P1 1.5 billion CFU/mL SC had little influences on its emergence and growth.The results of field efficacy trial showed that Paenibacillus polymyxa P1 1.5 billion CFU/mL SC had significant efficacies against clubroot disease and was safe to pakchoi.At the dosages of 15,22.5,30 L/hm2,the control effects were 49.5％-71.8％,60.2％-75.5％,66.0％-80.4％,respectively.
