不同药剂对银杏大蚕蛾幼虫的防治研究

摘要
采用不同药剂对银杏大蚕蛾幼虫进行室内毒力测定、田间药效试验,以筛选出高效低毒药剂用于生产实践.室内毒力测定结果显示,6种药剂处理对银杏大蚕蛾2龄幼虫具有较强的毒杀作用,分别为40%辛硫磷乳油462倍液、5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂2 000倍液、5%阿维菌素乳油2 308倍液、4.2%高氯·甲维盐微乳剂667倍液、0.5%苦参碱水剂400倍液和5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂667倍液.田间药效试验结果表明,0.5%苦参碱水剂400倍液和5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂667倍液对银杏大蚕蛾2龄幼虫具有较好的防治效果,药后4 d的防效均达到100%.结合室内与田间试验结果,并考虑对蜜蜂的影响,建议选择以0.5%苦参碱水剂400倍液和5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂667倍液对银杏大蚕蛾2龄幼虫进行防治.本研究结果可为银杏大蚕蛾防治提供理论依据和科学参考.
Abstract
In this research,different insecticides were selected to determine the efficacy against the larvaes of Caligula japonica by laboratory toxicity test and field trial to screen effective,low-toxicity insecticides for production practice.The results of laboratory toxicity tests showed that 6 types of insecticides had strong toxic effects on the second-instar larvae of Caligula japonica.They were phoxim 40%EC 462-fold dilution,lambda-cyhalothrin 5%ME 2 000-fold dilution,avermectins 5%EC 2 308-fold dilution,bata-cypermethrin·emamectin benzoate 4.2%ME 667-fold dilution,matrine 0.5%AS 400-fold dilution,and chlorantraniliprole 5%SC 667-fold dilution.The results of field trials showed that the application of matrine 0.5%AS 400-fold dilution and chlorantraniliprole 5%SC 667-fold dilution had good control efficacies on the second-instar larvae of Caligula japonica,the control efficacies reached 100%at the 4th day after treatment.Considering their toxicities to bees,matrine 0.5%AS 400-fold dilution and chlorantraniliprole 5%SC 667-fold dilution were recommended to control the second-instar larvae of Caligula japonica.The results of this study provided a theoretical basis and scientific reference for controlling Caligula japonica.
