In order to meet the new challenge of the network public opinion analysis technology in the big data era.It is necessary to study new models of public opinion deals from the perspective of big data, and to excavate the public opinion knowledge structure from the perspective of knowledge engineering.The paper used the latest research of knowledge technology and big data technology in public opinion field for reference, and designed a network public opinion analysis model based on knowledge technology and big data science.Then discussed the design and key technology of the model, finally verified the actual utility in the work of the public opinion based on the subject"the South China Sea issue"public opinion analysis.The results showed that the model could good for a particular theme public opinion in-depth analysis and mining.
