预制整体式弧形件施工质量控制指标研究

摘要
预制整体式弧形件的施工质量是大直径盾构隧道施工中的关键,需要针对预制整体式弧形件施工质量提出有效合理的控制指标.鉴于此,对现有工程中预制轨下结构或箱涵的施工质量控制指标进行总结,阐述预制整体式弧形件构造及施工流程,提出预制整体式弧形件的施工质量控制指标,并进行现场实践.结果表明,按照提出的指标进行施工的弧形件,施工效率高、质量好,应用效果良好.
Abstract
The construction quality of prefabricated integrated arcuate members is a key element in construction of large-diameter shield tunnel,so it is necessary to establish effective and rational control criteria for the construction quality of prefabricated integrated arcuate members.In light of this,the construction quality control criteria for the prefabricated sub-rail structure or box culvert of the existing projects are reviewed,the composition and construc-tion process of prefabricated integrated arcuate members are explained,the construction quality control criteria for prefabricated integrated arcuate members are proposed,and the criteria are practiced in actual works.As the results indicate,construction of the arcuate members that are built under the criteria proposed has high efficiency and good quality,and the members perform well in service.
