无卤阻燃聚氨酯的性能研究

摘要
采用磷系包覆次磷酸铝和氮系三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐阻燃剂进行复配,通过极限氧指数测试、UL-94垂直燃烧测试及力学性能测试等研究了复合阻燃剂粒径分布、配比及添加量对聚氨酯(PU)材料阻燃性能的影响.结果显示:添加24质量份平均粒径3~5μm的复合阻燃剂,PU的UL-94垂直燃烧测试达到了 V-0级,极限氧指数达到了 29.0%.
Abstract
Phosphorus coated aluminum hypophosphite and nitrogen based cyanuric acid were used for compounding,and the effects of particle size distribution,proportion and addition amount of composite flame retardants on the flame retardancy of polyurethane(PU)materials were studied through limiting oxygen index testing,UL-94 vertical combustion testing and mechanical properties testing.The results show that adding 24 phr composite flame retardants with an average particle size of 3~5 μm,the UL-94 vertical combustion test of PU reaches V-0 level,and the limiting oxygen index reaches 29.0%.
