受阻胺光稳定剂与紫外吸收剂协同改进GPPS树脂抗紫外光老化性能研究

采用黄度指数仪、激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)和透光率雾度测定仪等研究了 2 种紫外光吸收剂(UV-A、UV-B)与受阻胺光稳定剂(HALS)协同使用对通用级聚苯乙烯(GPPS)树脂抗紫外光老化性能的影响.结果表明:加入HALS,UV-A,UV-B均可有效抑制GPPS树脂因紫外光老化作用而发生降解.在紫外光环境下,紫外光吸收剂(UV-A,UV-B)对样品抗紫外老化性能的提升效果均优于 HALS,其中,UV-A最优.HALS与 2 种紫外光吸收剂(UV-A,UV-B)复配时均表现出良好的抗紫外光老化协同作用.
Study on Synergistic Improvement of UV Aging Resistance of GPPS Resin by Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers and UV Absorbers
The synergistic effects of two UV absorbers(UV-A,UV-B)and hindered amine light stabilizers(HALS)on UV aging resistance of general purpose polystyrene(GPPS)resin were studied using a yellowing index meter,laser scanning confocal microscope(CLSM)and transmittance haze analyzer.The results show that the addition of HALS,UV-A,UV-B can effectively inhibit the degradation of GPPS resin due to UV aging.Under UV light conditions,UV absorbers(UV-A,UV-B)have a better effect on improving the anti UV aging performance of the sample than HALS,with UV-A being the optimal.When HALS is combined with two types of UV absorbers(UV-A,UV-B),they all present a good synergistic effect in resisting UV aging.
